Posting a quote from the Kindle iOS app

I was on a video call with a friend yesterday chatting about the books we were currently reading. I told her I picked up a new Kindle, and that's when she hit me with a "Did you know...."

She hit me with..., Did you know you can highlight text and create a social post right from the Kindle app.

Um, no- I did not know about this amazing feature! [mind-blown]

This doesn't not work from the Kindle that I purchased, but when using the Kindle app on my iPhone I am able to highlight a passage and create a social media post on the fly. No need for Canva or a particular design app.  So, awesome! 🥰

Here's how you can try it.

  1. Open the Kindle app on your phone.
  2. Highlight the text you want to turn into a social post.
  3. Tap on the Share icon.
  4. Choose the pre-created image with the text you've highlighted.
  5. Tap on SHARE.
  6. Now, choose where to share the image (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Let me know if you try this out; better yet, tag @agentguild if you do.
